Dairy Queen Unveils 2025 Summer Blizzard Menu with Fan-Favorite Flavors Returning
Although spring is just getting started, Dairy Queen is already gearing up for summer with exciting news for ice cream lovers. The beloved fast-food and dessert chain has officially introduced its 2025 Summer Blizzard Treat Menu, along with a nostalgic surprise — the long-awaited debut of the “DQ Freezer.”
According to Dairy Queen, the DQ Freezer is a vault that houses every Blizzard flavor ever created. For the first time in the brand’s history, this “freezer” is being symbolically opened, giving fans a chance to revisit some of their favorite past treats. As part of this initiative, two iconic flavors are making a limited-time comeback: the Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard Treat and the Brownie Batter Blizzard Treat.
The company says this move is just the beginning. More than 170 past Blizzard flavors are stored in the DQ Freezer, and Dairy Queen is teasing future re-releases that fans can look forward to. “For the first time ever, the DQ Freezer doors will open just for you, to re-release flavors for a limited time only,” the company noted.
